The first is the 2nd International Ayurvedic Conference in New York on Oct. 30 & 31. "Anxiety and Stress: Mind Body Approaches" will give participants options to use instead of or in addition to pharmaceutical therapy for these common problems. An attachment describing the workshop in more detail follows. And finally, a Primordial Sound Meditation class (the last one this year) is scheduled for Nov. 9, 13 & 14.
